I highly recommend!!! From start to finish (making an appointment, choosing a day and time, paying, the terrific bike service…)- the experience was excellent. I appreciated being able to share what I needed from the bike service ahead of time. I felt like I was heard as the bike was tuned up and made safe as I had requested. I was treated kindly and professionally. Thank you!!!!!

Radius did a fantastic job of getting our family's bikes up and running smoothly. Dimitri was very helpful in communicating ahead of time to discuss my needs for multiple bikes with various issues. The work was done in one afternoon and we were riding the next day!!!

I had Dimitri install Tannus Armour inserts in the tires on 2 of my e-bikes. He arrived shortly before our scheduled appointment, was very professional, efficient and performed the job as a skilled bike technician. I will most definitely have Radius Mobile Bike Shop service my bikes again.

Dimitri arrived on time and as scheduled. He did an excellent job on repairing the rear tire on my bike. He was professional and courteous about his work, and he also answered a few questions about my bike that I posed for him. Over all, I am very pleased with Radius Mobile Bike Shop, Dimitri, and his business, thus the reason for giving the business a 5-Star Rating. I will certainly call Radius again if and/or when my bike needs service again. KUDOS Radius!!! A+++

The absolute best on-site repair man ever! My electric scooter trike was in dire need of tedious battery replacement. He arrived on time and was very meticulous and thorough with the job. Friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd time I've used Radius Mobil Bike Shop for mountain bike repair and tune up. It's an unbelievable service that is very easy to schedule on line. They come to your home at your convenience and do a great job. The owner is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this service vs dropping off the bike at a bike shop.

I have a Lectric EBike that I needed serviced because I did not know why my bike was not working.Radius Mobile Bike Shop arrived early to my house for the appointment time and the technician introduced himself and was very professional. He cleaned up my bike and told me what my bike needed and where I could find the part that was needed! After he finished looking at the bike and cleaning it up, he walked me through everything that he did to the bike. Radius Mobile Bike Shop is the place to call for all of your bike and EBike needs! I highly recommend them!
